Granting project template access

Specify the access control settings for the project template to determine which users have access to the project template and their level of access. These settings do not control access to the projects created using this project template.

1. Go to the Access section of a form.
2. To allow the item to inherit access roles from a parent item or library, select the checkbox in the Inheritance column of each role.
3. To select specific users or groups instead of using inheritance, click one of the "Grant Access" buttons for each role.
   1. Enter text to search for in the Search field and then click Search. You must enter at least two characters to search for.
   2. Select the required users or groups and then click Add.
   3. Then click OK.
4. To grant access to virtual users, use the drop-down next to each "Grant Access" button. You can select either:
   • anonymous portal user
   • all authenticated portal users
   • all users
   • authors
   • owners
   • creator
